Charief Isebia

Charief Isebia is a dedicated HR advisor with over 13 years of experience in the field. Throughout his career, he has emphasized on helping colleagues, employees, and managers stay motivated and excel in their professional roles. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in Management & Business Communication from the University of the Netherlands Antilles, Charief has a strong academic foundation to support his practical experience.

During his tenure at Refineria Isla Curacao B.V (Isla), Charief served as a HR Personnel Planner, where he managed recruitment projects, oversaw performance evaluation processes, and provided valuable advice to heads of departments and managers on manpower issues. This experience highlighted to him the importance of understanding the business and practical application of HR strategies.

At Curaçao Refinery Utilities (CRU), Charief took on roles such as Acting Department Head HR Planning & Development and Leader Training & Development. In these positions, he guided and coached the Learning & Development team, ensuring they delivered top-notch performance, and managed various learning and development projects.

Currently, Charief serves as a HR Relationship Officer at Maduro & Curiel's Bank, offering HR support to people managers. His diverse background encompassing roles such as HR Analyst, Lecturer, and Managing Director at various organizations has equipped him with a holistic understanding of HR functions and the ability to provide comprehensive support and guidance.
