Charelle Lans

Charelle Lans is a five-time award-winning Author, Strategist, and Industrial Engineer with a passion for enhancing people and process performance to drive greater profitability. With over 10 years of industry experience, she has successfully led organizations in areas such as Lean, Six-Sigma, Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Process Metrics. Charelle is the Lead Strategist and Industrial Engineer at Vision Strategy Management, LLC, where she focuses on Process Performance and People Performance through Leadership Development, Motivation, and Engagement. She is also the Founder and Executive Director of Leading with Feet, Inc., a non-profit organization promoting action through movement. Charelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and has been actively involved in various professional organizations such as Network of Executive Women, Black Triathletes Association, and USA Triathlon Association.
