Charaf El Mansouri is the Co-Founder and CEO of DHARMA, a company based in Abu Dhabi that plans and sells trips hosted by inspiring individuals and brands, focusing on purpose-driven travel experiences.1 He has held this position since January 2021. Before founding DHARMA, El Mansouri was the Founder and CEO of Sunny Side Up, a wellness retreat planning company in London, from January 2018 to January 2021.1
