Chao Liu

Chao Liu is a seasoned full stack software engineer with a passion for tackling challenging real-world problems using creative techniques and algorithms. With over a decade of experience at Google across diverse projects like Web Search and Android, Chao has a proven track record of developing unique algorithms that significantly enhance various aspects of technology. One of his notable achievements at Google includes devising an innovative algorithm and infrastructure that greatly improved crawl and indexing quality for Web Search. Chao co-founded Camect in 2017 to address the usability issues plaguing security cameras by creating a privacy-focused system that eliminates unnecessary alerts and centralizes camera management. Currently, his focus is on establishing a thriving B2B enterprise in the security monitoring sector. Chao holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China.
