Manage the implementation of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration Internship Program and Federal Diversity Internship Initiative for approximately 8 federal agencies and 200+ students over 3 sessions per year 
Developed data-driven outreach and recruitment strategy increasing student applications by over 300% leading to 850+ applications
Execute recruitment tasks such as targeted emailing, Handshake and job board posting, website and social media marketing, and association and higher education institution contact with focuses on underrepresented groups
Host federal internship recruitment webinars including our largest with almost 300 registrants and 63% attendance rate

•	Assisted in Professor’s (Dr. Emily Farris) personal research regarding portrayal of immigrants in the mainstream media by looking at images in three main news magazines (Newsweek, US News & World Report, Time) over a 10 year time span

 Worked with co-director, costumer, set designer, and producers to diligently put together a captivating performance running for 3 weekends with a total of 10 performances. Ran auditions and callbacks. Blocked scenes as well as worked with actors to develop character backstory and motivation. Organized rehearsal and production calendar.
