Chandrasekar's educational background includes Executive studies in Supply Chain operations & Risk management from the University of California, Berkeley, a PGDBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology, and Research Academy.

He has held key roles in various organizations including being the Head of SCM in Robotics, Motion, Discrete Automation & Advance Manufacturing, and Senior Manager in Global EV Programs at Amazon.
