Chandra Miller Fienen

Chandra Miller Fienen is a versatile professional with a background as an attorney turned entrepreneur, showcasing a diverse skill set in leadership encompassing legal expertise, public policy development and implementation, business strategy, community development, philanthropic endeavors, and fundraising.

Chandra holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science with a focus on Law & Society, and a minor in Philosophy from Macalester College.

Throughout her career, she has been involved in various organizations, including serving as the former Executive Director and Founding Member of StartingBlock Madison, Inc., where she actively engages in supporting entrepreneurs, stimulating startup growth, and fostering innovation. Chandra has also held roles as the VP at Bioarray Therapeutics Inc., Senior Advisor at the Office of the Governor, Executive Assistant at the Wisconsin Department of Commerce, and as an Associate at Howard Rice, which later merged with Arnold Porter in 2011.

She is also set to embark on a new venture as a co-founder at an organization to be announced soon, further showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to driving meaningful change and progress in various sectors.
