Chandni Di is a co-founder of Voice of Slum, a Non-Governmental Organisation established in 2016 by slum dwellers Chandni and Dev Pratap Singh.
Voice of Slum focuses on helping slum children integrate into mainstream society through education and empowerment, aiming to prevent the struggles and hardships Chandni and Dev experienced.
The organization runs a school in Noida providing education, rights awareness, and vocational training for slum children and adolescents, along with publishing a magazine called 'Slum Post' to raise awareness and propose solutions to the challenges faced by slum residents.
Chandni's previous roles include serving as the National Secretary at Badhte Kadam Sangathan and starting as a reporter and eventually becoming an editor at Balaknama.
