Chandler Sims

First Vice President at CBRE

Chandler @ Dallas Sims is a Vice President on the CBRE Multifamily Investment Properties team based in the DFW Metroplex, with a strong focus on client relationships, underwriting, and transaction management.

With 12 years of experience as a helicopter pilot in the United States Marine Corps, Chandler brings leadership, management, mentorship, high-pressure decision-making, and strategic planning skills to his current role.

His military background includes commanding different aircraft, flight instruction, aviation operations, syllabi and records management, as well as serving as a helicopter pilot for Marine One, the presidential transport helicopter.

Chandler studied at the Casady School and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the US Naval Academy.

He has held various positions at CBRE, progressing from Financial Analyst to Vice President, showcasing his versatile skill set and dedication to his career.

Additionally, he interned at Goldman Sachs through the Veterans Internship Program and held roles as a Helicopter Pilot in the Marine Corps.
