Chanan Lavi is the CEO and Co-Founder of Kipp, a global fintech company that enables issuing banks and merchants to jointly approve more legitimate transactions.12456 Before founding Kipp in March 2021, Chanan held senior positions in ePayments management, optimization, and business development roles for leading merchant and financial companies.15

Chanan has a diverse range of work experience and holds an MA in Economics and MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.17 He is happily married with four children.1

Kipp's mission is to elevate the shopping experience and authorize more legitimate transactions by leveraging the aligned interests of issuing banks and merchants.1 The company's AI platform helps merchants and banks split the cost of risk to incentivize issuing banks to approve more transactions.1

Under Chanan's leadership, Kipp recently partnered with Primer, the world's first automation platform for payments and commerce, to make it easier for merchants to improve their payment authorization rates.3
