Chan Andy

Chan Andy is a professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in global professional services, technology, finance, and academia.

Andy holds a B.Eng(Hons) in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and has furthered his education by studying at renowned institutions like Stanford University, University of Oxford, and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

With a strong foundation in technology and project management, Andy has held key roles at VMware, where he is currently a Senior Practice Manager in the Global Professional Services Go-To-Market division.

His previous roles at VMware include Practice Manager for Global Professional Services Solutioning & Go-To-Market, Practice Lead for Global Professional Services, and Senior Consultant in the APJ Centre of Excellence for Professional Services.

Before joining VMware, Andy gained valuable experience in the finance sector through positions such as Regional FX Sales and Trading at Citibank Global Markets.

His academic background includes research in the Division of IT and Operations Management at Nanyang Business School and studies in Human Resources Management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Andy's experience also extends to the energy sector, where he worked in Downstream Operations for Petroleum Trading and Marketing at BHP Billiton.
