Chad's career has been marked by notable roles in reputable organizations. He currently serves as the Division President at PulteGroup, showcasing his leadership skills and strategic acumen. Prior to this position, he excelled as the Area VP Finance - Southeast at PulteGroup, demonstrating his financial expertise and ability to drive results.

His previous experiences include pivotal roles at Centex Homes, where he served as the Division Controller for various regions such as Coastal Carolinas, Charleston/Hilton Head, and Charleston. Additionally, he was the VP Finance for Coastal Carolinas and Assistant Controller at Centex Homes, highlighting his diverse skill set in financial management.

Before his tenure at Centex Homes, Chad gained valuable experience as the Cost & Budgets Manager at CR Bard and as an Accountant at Post & Associates, CPA. These roles provided him with a strong foundation in financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting practices.
