Chad holds a Master's degree in Political Communication from Emerson College and dual Bachelor's degrees in Communication and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

He has a unique distinction of being the only faculty member known to teach concurrently at three different colleges within Northeastern University - D'Amore-McKim School of Business, College of Arts, Media, and Design, and College of Professional Studies.
