Chad Holland is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in the real estate industry, having worked in various capacities such as Real Estate Lender, Real Estate Broker, and Real Estate Investor.

As a Real Estate Lender, Chad has held roles including Community Bank President, Executive Vice President, and Advisory Director at InterBank, where he specialized in providing loans for a wide range of properties such as farms, ranches, residential homes, hotels, rental properties, and commercial real estate.

In addition to his lending experience, Chad is also the owner of Chad Holland Real Estate, where he has been actively involved in selling diverse properties like Farm & Ranch, Residential & Country Homes, Commercial properties, and Small Businesses since 2003. He also offers services such as Buyer Representation, Broker Price Opinions (BPO's), and Property Management.

Furthermore, Chad is the Co-Owner of ACH Investments, LLC, focusing on investing in rental properties including both 1-4 Family and Multi-Family units.

Chad's educational background includes studying BBA with a focus on Finance, Real Estate, and Accounting at West Texas A&M University and graduating from Wellington High School.
