Chad Fournier is a seasoned Director of User Experience with a wealth of experience and expertise in developing products and systems that are user-centered. He studied at the Alberta College of Art & Design and has previously worked in different positions such as Associate Director of User Experience, Senior Manager of Product Design, Digital Customer Experience Designer, among others at ATB Financial. Chad was also once the UX Strategy Leader at Shaw Communications where he played an important role in developing exceptional user experiences. He has also worked as the Senior Designer at Critical Mass and was once the Owner of One Hot Potato. All throughout his career, Chad has centered his work around creating quality user-centered experiences across different platforms.
