Chad Bruns, a mechanical engineer graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, has been working in the field of thermal and mechanical engineering for several reputed firms like Google, AMD, and X, the moonshot factory. Presently he is leading a small team working on structural and thermal analysis and design for Project Loon. With his deep expertise in the aforementioned fields, he has managed a team prior to joining the Project Loon team.
