Chad Biagini

Chad Biagini, the global President of Nolan Partners, a leading specialist executive search firm for sports and entertainment industries, boasts over 16 years of experience in completing 700+ executive placements across 32 sports.

As the first employee in North America for Nolan Partners, Chad has ascended to the role of global President, playing a pivotal role in the firm's success. Recently, Nolan Partners was acquired by Excel Sports Management, a renowned management and marketing agency.

Aside from his professional achievements, Chad is also actively involved as a U8 girls soccer coach and is a proficient Krav Maga practitioner at level 4. He has honed his skills in improv comedy and is a graduate of The Second City, known for producing comedy legends like Bill Murray, Tina Fey, and Steve Carell.

Chad's academic background includes an Executive Master of Science in Business and Social Entrepreneurship from The London School of Economics, along with studies in Liberal Arts, Business Administration & Management at Harvard University, Executive Search Consulting at Cornell University, and Transformational Nonprofit Leadership at the University of Notre Dame.

In addition to his role as President at Nolan Partners, Chad has held various key positions within the firm and other organizations such as serving as Managing Director at Harvard Group International, Co-Founder at Relaunch Corporation, and Head of Media and Production at the Los Angeles Dream Center. He has also contributed as a Board Member at Make-A-Wish Greater Los Angeles.
