Chad has held key roles such as Corporate Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, and Sales positions at Optomi Professional Services.

Prior to his current role, Chad was a Senior Account Executive/ Team Lead at International Sports Management, Inc., and held management positions at Ashley Furniture Homestores, National Services Group, and Jimmy Johns.
