• New Brands go-to-market strategy definition and implantation for Europe (13 countries): assortment, distribution, SO monitoring, commercial terms, merchandising development.
•  360 marketing plans definition and coordination to maximize launches: online & media strategy, in-store animations, PR, CRM, training.
•  Annual thematic animation definition for retail (story-telling, briefing of creative teams, offer definition & commercial activation).
•  Management of 10 category managers.

Head of category management EME - new brands sourcing  make-up

• Marketing strategy and product launch calendar definition for the make-up and accessories categories for Europe. Creation of Brands for retailers (Ici Paris XL, Marionnaud): positioning, products portfolio, merchandising, communication. 
• Identification and implementation of a strong network of suppliers for packagings and make-up formulas sourcing in Europe and Asia.
• Product development management: products briefs, suppliers relationships, margin monitoring, collaboration with support teams: controlling, merchandising, legal, design agency and make-up artists.
