Lauren Farhat is a dedicated professional with a passion for development and alumni relations. She studied English Language and Literature/Letters at Michigan State University, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree. During her studies, she gained practical experience in marketing, communications, and development through various internships during her time at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, The Tapco Group, and Forest Akers Golf Course.

After graduation, Lauren worked as an Associate Director of Development at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Here, she advanced her experience in the area of development and alumni relations. During her time there, she worked on creating strong relationships and connections with alumni, while organizing events, fundraising efforts, and donor relations programs.

Additionally, Lauren is a former Manager of Development and Alumni Relations at Western Golf Association/Evans Scholars Foundation, where she was responsible for developing and implementing new initiatives that would enable the foundation to better serve its donors and achieve its objectives. She's also worked as a Sales and Business Development Student at Victory Lap, and as a Freelance Writer at M3 Group, Freelance Designer and Writer at Open Slate Communications, Associate of Development at Western Golf Association/Evans Scholars Foundation, and Development Intern at Western Golf Association/Evans Scholars Foundation.

Lauren is a seasoned professional, with years of hands-on experience in development, alumni relations, and corporate partnerships. She is a strategic thinker who's always willing to go the extra mile to make things happen. Lauren has an eye for detail and is an excellent communicator, able to work on multiple projects concurrently, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
