Nicki McGee is a seasoned higher education professional with over a decade of experience under her belt. McGee has honed her skills in conflict resolution, mediation, employee coaching, and evaluation. She has also gained extensive experience in facility and budget management in higher education. Her expertise in student conduct practices and Title IX investigations is unmatched.

McGee studied Educational Leadership and Management, earning her Doctor of Education at Capella University. She also earned her Master of Public Health in Community Health at the University of North Texas Health Science Center (UNTHSC).

McGee is currently the Director of Student Development and Student Conduct at UNTHSC. Previously, she held positions as the Director of Health Promotion, Health Promotion Manager, Grant Coordinator, Assistant to Health Promotion Manager, and Personal Trainer/Group Exercise Instructor at UNTHSC.
