Managing the top strategic, large scale Education and Enterprise accounts (Accenture, Harvard University, Stanford University, Princeton University and more) who extensively use Kaltura's platform to manage, ingest and deliver video.
The core responsibilities of the position are:

• Main focal point for technical issues, concerns, how-to questions, product road map, etc.
• Identifies knowledge gaps, provide focused training and proactive updates.
• Training - Tips & tricks for best practices, new product walkthrough and useful debugging procedure.
• Standing status meetings with the customer and the relevant CSM and Project Manager.
• Work closely with Product Managers on relying concerns and general input from Kaltura’s top engaging customers.
• Generating reports from the Kaltura database.

Technical Account Manager

• Managing correct workflows and prioritization against customer support tickets via SalesForce.
• Managing internal escalations and ongoing R&D investigations via Jira and Clarizen.
• Conducting troubleshoot sessions with customers directly over the phone and Webex.
• Debugging CDN delivery issues along with Akamai.
• Managing and monitoring system-wide events along with Kaltura’s Production IT team.
