Aurelien Cartal is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in disruptive industries that have significant impacts. With a Master's degree in economics from Université Paris Dauphine, Aurelien has developed a set of skills, including sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, carbon finance, digital transformation, food operations & logistics, and large-scale management.

Aurelien's professional career began in CSR auditing & consulting at Ernst & Young. Later, he served as Head of Carbon Certification at Microsol and, after that, as Program Director at Latimpact. In 2013, Aurelien co-founded Foodbox - Peru, where he acted as the director. Currently, he is the Head of Central Operations and Carbon at PUR Projet, where he manages a team of experts who focus on carbon credits and sustainable land use.
