Having entered the company as a trainee, within three months I was promoted to client development consultant based on my proven ability to create and maintain close business relationships with large firms. I lead a team of four trainee consultants to whom I delegated all lead-based sales. In this role I brought in £60,000 NFI in a six-month period.

My time as an employee at Leptos Construction was split between the London, Cyprus, and Moscow offices. I worked in the private client department where our main aim was to ensure repeat business from all private clients, investors and partnering companies. My duties included traveling to all 3 regional offices, heading negotiations meetings with investors in Russian, Greek and English, coordinating and taking part in conferences and annual general meetings held for clients and partnering companies, conducting extensive research to identify new potential buyers, headhunting investors, working closely  with the Sales Departments to ensure the company was hitting annual KPIS and financial targets, and acting as the main point of contact for all clients.
