Eydie Barber is an accomplished hospitality professional, currently serving as the Director of Catering and Conference Services at Hotel Monteleone. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, she has an extensive background in event planning, client relations, and revenue management. Barber began her career in the hotel industry as a front desk agent and has since worked her way up the ranks. Prior to her current position, she served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at the JW Marriott New Orleans.

Barber is well-respected in the hospitality industry, as evidenced by her involvement in various professional organizations, including the National Association of Catering and Events (NACE) and the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA). She is also an active member of the New Orleans community, volunteering her time and resources to organizations such as the American Heart Association and the New Orleans Hospitality Education Foundation.
