Head of Finance at Symantec China. Provided comprehensive finance support to drive revenue recognition and cost reduction from plan to execution, resulting in 25%+ year-over-year booking growth and 30%+ profit margin improvement. Worked with the Regional VP to develop strategic plans and conduct business performance reviews to optimize sales execution and to grow revenue from multiple channels, including named accounts, SME, partners, and inside sales. Head of Sales and Service Finance at NEC China. Supported the Sales GM and Service Director to quickly ramp up the mobile device business in a highly competitive market. Played a key role in designing and implementing financial guidelines and standard operating procedures during the NEC Telecommunications China start-up process. Worked with sales leaders to select and build nationwide distributor and reseller networks. Conducted comprehensive partner due diligence and approved credit applications with credit insurer Coface. Worked with the service team to manage inventory and warranty costs to support sales growth.
