Silvia Lago is a highly experienced leadership consultant with over two decades of experience working with top companies across Europe, North and Latin America, and Africa. She specializes in providing executive search, assessment, and development programs, with a focus on leadership assessment and development. Silvia has worked with prestigious clients such as Naturgy, Banco Sabadell, The World Economic Forum, Danone-Alpro, and IFA, among others.

Silvia holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and has completed executive education programs at INSEAD and Harvard Business School. She is also a PCC Coach from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), a certified Hogan Assessor, and has completed the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) program at CRR Global.
