Mortgage Loan Processor

Responsible for ordering flood certificates, ordering title insurance, obtaining real estate tax information, obtaining homeowner's insurance information and organization of application documents to be sent to Underwriting.

Also responsible for review of all loan documentation for the mortgage loan closing, requesting loan closing with the closing processors, coordinate the closing package delivery with the title company, transfer or wire loan proceeds to the closing company and review of signed loan documents from the title company for transfer to the loan file. Other duties include: mortgage loan file cleanup, prepare monthly  reports for branches, the management of escrow for completion accounts, the management of construction loan draw requests and assist in the training of new support staff along with training support staff of new processes.

Responsible for sending out billings by calculating FWO's for Project Managers and assembling them in a format given by the Project Manager. Sub-Contract administration, accurate filing of documents by job. Compose and prepare routine correspondence, oversee and track contractual risk, create and update company forms, schedule appointment when necessary. Assist Project Managers with special projects, organization, project administration, job set up, preparing and mailing of purchase orders, contracts and drawings.

Construction Support Specialist

Receive and record timesheets for field employees on a weekly basis.  Review reports to correct data entry errors of weekly timesheets. Reconcile general ledger accounts for each month-end close. Process hourly equipment, phase code & PTO reversals. Serve as a direct resource for field employees to answer incoming questions regarding payroll by phone and/or email. Track company vehicle mileage logs and pay child support payments online. Process HR emails for new hire and rehire employees.
