My role at HireNetworks is focused on sourcing, screening, and placing experienced software professionals in Raleigh NC, Charlotte NC, Wilmington NC and the DC metro. Achievements:
-   Discovered and trained the team in the use of innovative tools for sourcing and qualifying
talent, including CrystalKnows, Hiretual, Slack, Reddit, Facebook, Github, and others.
-  Consistently top performer in quota achievement in 2016 and 2017.  Generated over $210,000 new net profit January-August.
-  Consistently exceeded quota for placement of direct hire and contract employees, including Senior and mid-level Software Engineers, Senior Python Developers, Senior Ruby Developers, Enterprise SaaS Account Executives, Database Developers, Senior QA Analysts, Product Managers, Technical Support Reps, and others for startups and Fortune 100 organizations.
-   Supported recruiters by crafting and syndicating job postings to CareerBuilder, Monster,
Indeed, Craigslist, our ATS (PCR version 9).
-   Served on “Fun Committee” to promote a humorous, positive team culture even while fully remote.
-   Collaborated with account managers and hiring managers to set expectations for the hiring process and provided regular accountability checkpoints.

At the Greer Group, I specialized in placing qualified and earnest individuals into positions with Light Industrial companies around the Triangle. In addition to preliminary phone screens, interviews, background checks and drug screens, I was also heavily engaged in managing job postings and working with Employment Security Commission offices all over the state to source candidates. My duties also included some client services management and office communications tasks. 

Achievements:
-   Hired for front-desk work and promoted into Recruiting/Sourcing within 2 weeks.
-   Performed phone screens, in-person interviews, background checks, drug screens, and
managed retention for Light Industrial and Technical employees.
-   Discovered and introduced new sourcing platforms and job posting practices.
-   Onboarded more than 12 on-site contract employees and supported LI team in sourcing
and screening further talent.

Worked 30 hours a week part-time while finishing my Bachelor's degree.

As a smile consultant at FastMed my duties include greeting patients (in English or Spanish) warmly as they enter, helping them to check in and fill out paperwork, enter insurance information or provide the FastMed Discount Program, and making sure they are comfortable and at ease in the clinic.
