Kerri McKinney, a global head of talent at Terminal, has a lifelong passion for finding the perfect job for everyone. She started working at age 14 and found herself helping people with finding job opportunities as early as high school. After discovering her love for recruiting while working from home, she became an expert in hiring and recruiting for various industries, specializing in executive and leadership roles. She has worked with some of the biggest companies in the world, including Amazon Web Services, Liberty Mutual Insurance, PayPal, and Indeed.com. Kerri leads with empathy and focuses on improving candidate experience, implementing new processes, and diversity recruiting. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Western Michigan University.
