Lily Darling, a US and UK citizen, has over 16 years of experience in top brand agencies across America, Asia, and Europe. She has worked for global brands of all sectors, including digital, fashion retail, finance, and charity, building brands for fortune 500s and entrepreneurs. Lily is a creative and strategic thinker, equally exceptional in nurturing small and significant ideas, leading creative teams and making great design work that matters. She is the Design Manager/Creative Lead at Google and has previously worked as the Owner/Director at Idea is Everything, Design Director at Wolff Olins in both London and New York, and a Freelance Designer at Flat Inc. Lily studies BGD, graphic design from the Rhode Island School of Design, and is an intern at Eye Magazine. Besides, Lily is a loving mother of two boys and born in California, but Sweden is her happy place.
