Victoria Boast

Victoria Boast is a highly skilled and experienced senior business analyst with a diverse background in superannuation, regulation, compliance, and financial planning. She completed her Diploma in Superannuation and Certificate IV in Financial Services-Superannuation from ASFA and her Diploma of Financial Planning (RG146) in Financial Planning, Managed Investments, Superannuation, and Insurance from Monarch Institute. Furthermore, she pursued her Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of NSW.

Victoria has extensive industry expertise across defined benefit, accumulation, pension, and insurance products, including consulting, project management, business analysis, regulatory/legislative change, and process and technology business change projects. Her primary focus is on improving women's retirement outcomes, and she is a member of the Women in Super NSW Committee.

Throughout her career, Victoria has held various roles, including her current position as a Senior Business Analyst (Contract) at BT, wherein she drives business value and ensures project deliverables are met on time and within budget. She has previously worked as a Compliance and Projects Consultant (Contract) at Spaceship, a Senior Consultant at KPMG Australia, a Process Implementation Analyst at Mercer, a Senior Fund Administrator at Skandia Australia, a Fund Administrator at TAL Australia, and a Service Consultant at ING Australia. In addition, Victoria had taken a Sabbatical in Hong Kong and worked as a Superannuation Consultant (Contract) at TOMORROW Super.
