Caleb Thomas

Caleb Thomas is a dynamic finance professional with a strong ability to create value across various roles. Starting his career at Wise Alloys/Constellium, he quickly encountered diverse and challenging experiences. During his time there, the company implemented an ERP system, providing Caleb with invaluable project exposure. He navigated through the post-implementation challenges, learning significantly in the process. Following Wise's acquisition by Constellium, Caleb gained insights into the intricate acquisition process, followed by a challenging integration phase where he honed his skills in IFRS and financial statement conversions. Transitioning to the FP&A department, he further expanded his expertise.

In 2017, Caleb embraced a new opportunity at Renovation Brands (RB), an ecommerce company with a diverse portfolio and a focus on acquisitions. This move allowed him to concentrate on value-driven tasks and deepen his understanding of M&A processes. Caleb holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting with a GPA of 3.5 in his major and 3.3 overall from the University of North Alabama. He also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting at the same institution and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Northwest Shoals Community College-Muscle Shoals.
