With a Bachelor of Arts in English from Colby-Sawyer College and Breadloaf Summer Writing Program, Jessica has extensive experience in organizational leadership, P&L ownership, business planning, communications strategy, talent & growth strategy, recruitment & retention, operations management, process improvement, change management, employee communications, client relationship management, diversity inclusion, and belonging.

Jessica's career highlights include launching new offices in London, Singapore and Vancouver, scaling operations to support revenue growth of 190% (2009-present), and strategically ramping headcount by 3X, driving integration and alignment efforts with new parent company, Disney, and innovating, evolving, and strengthening work product to constantly delight clients and support Academy Award-winning projects.

Currently, Jessica serves as the Vice President of Operations at Industrial Light & Magic, where she provides thought leadership and drives communication strategy to help her teams deliver against business objectives in a rapidly changing environment.
