Nate Monroe is a skilled composite materials engineer with a broad range of experience in technical sales, engineering management, testing, product development, and project management. He holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, as well as a Nanodegree in Flying Car and Autonomous Flight Engineering, all obtained from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Udacity.
Nate has a proven track record of thriving in complex environments and delivering results. He is hands-on and able to tackle technical challenges with ease, communicating sound solutions effectively. Nate has a customer-focused approach and is often the internal "voice of the customer," showing empathy towards customer concerns.
During his career, he has held positions such as Field Technical Service Engineer and Market Sector Manager in Urban Air Mobility at Toray Composite Materials America, Inc. He's also worked at The Spaceship Company, where he held roles including Engineering Manager, Lead Engineer in Materials and Process, and Material and Process Engineer. Additionally, Nate worked at Park Aerospace Corp, where he was previously a Manufacturing Engineer and an Associate Engineer. He was also the Mechanical and Pyrotechnic Subsystem Manager at United Space Alliance and Co-Founder of Techs N The City.
