Catherine Trahair is a well-respected learning and organization development professional with over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. With a strong background in finance, health, manufacturing, and education environments, as well as with not-for-profit organizations, Catherine has earned her reputation as a top consultant and coach. She has a proven track record of success working with executive and senior management leaders, teams, and support staff, and has become a go-to expert on leading change and organization development projects. Catherine is particularly skilled at working in difficult and complex environments but is equally comfortable operating at all levels, from the strategic to the hands-on operational. She is known for creating strategic plans and seeing them through to successful implementation, as well as designing and delivering change and organizational development projects from the business case preparation stage to operational governance.

Catherine's career began as an education specialist, earning a Bachelor of Arts/Diploma of Education from LaTrobe University. Over the years, she has held a variety of senior roles, including National Manager, Learning and Organization Development at PMP Limited, and Senior Learning & Organizational Development Leader at City of Banyule. More recently, Catherine was the Organisation Development Executive at Irabina Childhood Autism Services, and before that, she was the Organisation Development & Learning Lead at City of Boroondara. She has also worked as a Director and founder of MAINtrain, an organisation-focused on training and learning development.
