Scott Haner is a seasoned technology professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Having started his career as a primary developer on a senior project winning team, Scott has worked his way up the ladder of responsibility and independence. He has managed complex projects, budgets, and technical resources with minimal oversight, which emphasizes his strong values of understanding the work being done by a team.

Throughout his career, Scott has had expertise in windows servers and infrastructure design and support, front-line and end-user support, manufacturing systems, and remote mine site support. He has been an important resource for critical business support, providing full-time support for all hours and responding to a multi-server ransomware attack, wherein all impacted systems were restored to full service within eight hours without paying any form of ransom.

Scott studied Computer Information Systems at DeVry Institute of Technology and pursued a couple of classes at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) for virtualization and data storage and management.

Outside his IT profession, Scott maintains TechZerker, a technology news, reviews and gaming brand, and Driving Shift, where he discusses his love for motorsports, specifically road racing, and classic BMWs.
