Leonardo Cesar is an experienced executive with a background in sports partnerships and programming, entrepreneurship, and economics. He obtained an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College and studied Economics at Universidade Federal Do Rio De Janeiro.

Leonardo has held various leadership roles over the years, including as Head of Sports Partnerships and Programming Latam at Facebook and Vice President of Business Development and Co-Head of Sports at Turner. Additionally, he is a founder and former managing director of Topsports Ventures and Tv Esporte Interativo, respectively. Prior to this, Leonardo worked as a Senior Associate at BancBoston Robertson Stephens, Robertson Stephens, and Ubs. He also worked as a trainee, associate, and manager at Banco Brascan.
