Sebastián Osses is a highly accomplished sociologist-turned-innovator, consultant, designer, and educator with excellent experience in the tech industry. As a founding partner of Continuum, a technology and innovation firm based in Latin America, he leads an interdisciplinary team of consultants, designers, and developers to deliver exceptional user experiences across diverse sectors, including healthcare, finance, and education. Sebastián is also a co-leader of Motivlearning.com and Medu.academy, both of which are part of Continuum's foray into the EdTech sector.

Sebastián's background in sociology, combined with his expertise in innovation and user experience, has enabled him to explore product and service behaviors from a people-centric approach.
