Jessica Taylor is a healthcare consultant and coach with expertise in organizational development, evidence-based improvements, and financial optimization for sustainability. Her experience includes holding development roles with Western Healthcare Alliance and The Mayo Clinic, where she led teams to analyze, develop, and launch various in-house and partnered services and solutions. Taylor is passionate about helping individuals and healthcare organizations to manage change, develop solutions for difficult problems, and improve team collaboration. She also helps her clients to cultivate leadership and management skills while adhering to governance and regulatory requirements. Taylor holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Colorado Mesa University.
