Led 4,500 hourly employees (including union members and cultural representatives from 11 countries), 100 office/technical staff and 300 salaried cast.  ♦  Assumed role on September 10, 2001, and led business through aftermath of 9/11.♦  Achieved 38% revenue increase and 50% operating income increase over five years.  ♦  Developed and implemented comprehensive four-point strategy, resulting in 20% reduction in labor (over 1,000,000 labor hours).
