LCB Chad F. Spangler is a seasoned executive with rich experience in global transportation, logistics, compliance, supply chain operations, customer service, and team development. He has had a remarkable career in various industries, including construction, automotive, textiles, appliances, HVAC, and power sports. Spangler is a licensed customs broker, and his skill set includes inventory planning, global strategy, procurement, M&A, and board membership. He is also an alumni of East Carolina University, where he studied BA in Communications (Public Relations). Spangler has held directing and vice-presidential roles at companies such as Caesarstone US, Spanx, and Electrolux. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of IMG at Groundworks.
