Cesario Ramos

Cesario Ramos is an accomplished Agile Management Coach, Product Development Expert, and the founder of AgiliX Consulting. He is a sought-after figure in the Agile community and has made significant contributions to the field through his consulting and training services. Ramos began working with Agile teams back in 2001, and since then, he has earned his MSc in Computing Science from the University of Eindhoven.

Cesario is a certified LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) Trainer, Professional Scrum Trainer, and Innovation Games Qualified Instructor. He is a professional coach and team coach with multiple degrees from the Academie Voor Psychodynamica, Coachboulevard, and Utrecht University.

Ramos has extensive professional experience and has worked with organizations such as codecentric Nederland BV, PANalytical, Xebia, Atos Origin, TU Twente, and ASML. He has written several papers on Agile development and co-authored books, including 'A Scrum Book' and 'EMERGENT – Lean & Agile Adoption for an Innovative Workplace.'

Cesario is passionate about Agile development, scaling Agile, and the role of management in Agile organizations. He is a frequent speaker at conferences worldwide and is happy to be an active member of the ScrumPloP community. In his spare time, he co-organizes the international Large Scale Scrum conferences, Agile-Lean Bathtub conferences, and AgiliX Recap days.
