César Reyes

César Reyes is a highly experienced business development, public, government & corporate affairs strategist. He has over 15 years of experience in the field. He is a founding partner and CEO of Taak Strategy Group, which offers consulting in public & government affairs and international business development. Reyes was previously a partner at Zumma Energy Consulting, where he led the planning and execution of consulting projects in institutional & government affairs, political risk analysis, regulation, and market assessment for clients in the energy sector. Additionally, Reyes served as an advisor at the Chief of Staff's Office of the Federal Secretary of Public Security and a project manager at the Mexico Business Forum. Reyes is a member of the Mexican Council on Foreign Relations (COMEXI) and is fluent in English & Portuguese. He studied BA in International Relations at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México / ITAM and also studied Master of Public Policy, Public Policy, Joint Program Humboldt Universität - Europa Universität Viadrina at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and Europa-Universität Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder). Reyes holds a Diploma in Strategic Political Analysis, Public Policy Analysis from the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas, A.C.
