Cesar Melgoza

Cesar Melgoza is a seasoned professional with a dynamic career spanning technology, research, analytics, and public policy.

Starting at Apple HQ and later venturing into venture-funded SMI, he eventually founded Geoscape, an international SaaS geo-market-data analytics company.

His entrepreneurial journey included securing investments from prestigious firms like Goldman Sachs and culminated in Geoscape's acquisition by market intelligence giant Claritas.

In 2019, Cesar Melgoza established Epluribus LLC, the brains behind MOXY, a cutting-edge technology aiming to revolutionize civic empowerment through user-friendly interfaces.

With a strong educational background, including a Master's in Public Affairs/Political Economy from The LBJ School of Public Affairs, Cesar also studied Behavioral Sciences at UC Santa Barbara and Public Policy Economics & Computer Science at the Rand Corp Graduate Institute.

His commitment to education continued with studies at the Graduate School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley.

Throughout his career, Cesar held significant roles such as Founder & CEO at Epluribus LLC and Geoscape, Vice President of Marketing & International at Strategic Mapping, Inc, Marketing Manager at Apple, and various other key positions in organizations like the City of San José and Information Magnetics Corp.
