He has amassed extensive cross-functional work experience in regions across the globe, including Europe, Asia, North and South America.

Cesar has successfully managed strategic and operational projects for renowned multinational corporations such as Visa, Intel, QuinStreet, Telefónica, and Avianca Airlines.

His strong suit lies in team development, relationship-building, and delivering information in a compelling manner to internal teams, Senior Management, and the Board of Directors.

Cesar holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA from Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Throughout his career, he has held key positions such as Head of Payments at Tangem, VP Payments and Strategic Planning at novae, Head of Business Development and Strategy at Finix Payments, and VP Business Development at Entryless.

Prior to these roles, Cesar served as Sr. Director - Innovation Risk Management at Visa, undertook a Consulting Engagement at SearchForce, held positions like Director - Global Corporate Strategy at Visa, Director - Marketing & Business Development at QuinStreet, and was the CEO & Co-Founder at Vamoz.

He also has experience as a Consultant & Case Team Leader at Bain & Company and as an Analyst at Société Générale.
