Cesar Flores

Cesar Flores is a highly accomplished data scientist and machine learning expert with extensive experience in the analysis of complex network data. He holds a Ph.D. in physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has been published in prestigious journals such as PNAS and Nature ISME, among others. He has developed expertise in using a broad range of tools, including Scala/Spark, Python, R, C/C++, and SQL, and has a strong foundation in graph theory, probability, statistics, and machine learning. As a doctoral candidate, he developed a Matlab library to help other scientists analyze and visualize bipartite networks, which has been used by research groups worldwide. In addition to his technical expertise, Cesar has worked in various roles at Conversant, including Associate Director and Director of Personalization, Decision Sciences.
