With 16 years of experience, AllMySMS has sent over 1.5 billion SMS worldwide for more than 6000 French and international clients, making Cesar an expert in mobile marketing.

Passionate about business models, Cesar assists clients in refining strategies related to traffic generation in retail and database creation.
