He has over 12 years of experience working in leading multinational companies in the Agribusiness sector like Monsanto, Rabobank, and FMC Química, where he specialized in sales, marketing, and finance, serving various client segments across different regions in Brazil.

With a passion for people, Cesar transitioned to the field of Human Resources and now serves as the Partner & Head of Agribusiness & Campinas Office at Hub Talent. He leads the recruitment & selection operations in the Agribusiness sector nationwide and in Campinas, São Paulo, across all market segments.

Cesar's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources Management from Faculdade Pitagoras (incomplete) and a degree in Agronomic Engineering from Escola Superior de Agricultura 'Luiz de Queiroz'. His career journey involved roles such as Founder Partner at Hub On Demand, Credit & Collection Manager at FMC, Relationship Manager at Rabobank, and various positions at Monsanto.
