Maneesh Nath, co-founder and Managing Partner of Century Partners, is a seasoned real estate investor with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Prior to founding Century Partners, Nath served as the Managing Director of the Real Estate Private Equity division at Kenwood Investments. At Kenwood, Nath was responsible for managing a $75 million portfolio of real estate assets across the United States.

Nath has an extensive background in real estate acquisition, financing, and development, having worked on projects ranging from affordable housing to luxury condominiums. He has a deep understanding of market dynamics, investment analysis, and deal structuring, allowing him to identify opportunities that generate value for investors.

As co-founder of Century Partners, Nath has led the firm in acquiring and repositioning distressed properties in Detroit's urban core, helping to revitalize the city and create positive social impact. He is passionate about supporting communities and is actively involved in several non-profit organizations.

Nath holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.
